Quotation and Orders

1. Quotation :

The quotations offered by Famous are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are F.O.B. Taiwan. The orders will be accepted by Famous upon receipt of signed P/I. Shipment will be made when receipt of T/T payment or L/C is confirmed by our bank .

2. Payment :

T/T in advance or irrevocable L/C at sight. To cover the local transfer fee and sea/air freight handling charges, we will include USD200 for orders less than USD10,000.

Product Warranty and Return Policy

1. Warranty

Within 13 months from invoice date

2. DOA Policy :

Products found to be "Dead On Arrival " will be replaced by Famous at no charge. All freight charges related to the return will be paid by Famous.

3. Return Policy ( Standard Products ) :

Should it become necessary to return a defective item, the customer must contact our customer service department first, Then fill out a Return Material Authorization ( RMA ) form and get the RMA number. Defective items must be adequately packaged to withstand the shipping process and ship to Famous freight prepaid. At our discretion, the defective item will be repaired or replaced and returned to customer at Famous cost.

4. Return Policy ( Non Standard products ) :

Products which are modified to meet customers’ specifications, whether modified standard product or complete customer chassis, are considered as non-standard products. There are no returns on non-standard products.

Speclal Order and Speclal Design

The schedule will be as follows :

1. Tell us your requirements: ( i.e. ideal dimensions, Mother Board type, special require. ) - 3-5 days

2. After we receive your deposit for the design, Famous R & D Dept. will start preparation for the technical drawing, and will fax ( or e-mail ) the finished drawing for confirmation. --- within 14 - 20 days.

3. After confirmation of the drawing, we will start production of the NCT sample. --- 14 - 20days.

4. If front panel design is also need, we could offer you 3-5 ideas, or drawings, then make a hand-made sample. Customer could give us the design drawing, then we will not charge the panel design fee. --- Design 14-20 days. Hand-made sample 7-10 days.

5. Confirmed the sample, and start mass-production. If you have special requirement, please feel free to contact with your Sales Representative. They will give you best suggestions.

Lead Time

After receipt of the payment or irrevocable L/C from customer, the standard product not more than one container will be shipped within 10 days. For special order, the lead time is about 20-25 days.
